Origen, the main restaurant of Country Club de Villa in Chorrillos, is developed as an exercise in respect for history and the existing architecture. Our participation in the design of the restaurant and in the partial restoration of one of the building’s wings sought to add new layers without erasing the previous ones, working with what time had already left behind and allowing the memory of the place to coexist with a renewed, sensitive and contemporary experience.
